Gary has spent the last 14 years working in Corfu as an expert and highly recommended Chef in various private villas and super yachts.
Working in numerous private villas on the island Gary has created a massive variety of dishes to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for large parties throughout their stay Gary will also bake cakes and pastries plus other snacks. Or simply a one-off dinner party.
Whatever your needs it all starts from the amazing aromas of Gary's creations coming from your kitchen.
It all starts with a full meal plan in conjunction with favourites dishes, dietary needs and types. Gary will prepare a full menu, obtain all the ingredients and then his creations in the kitchen begin!
As a long-term resident of Corfu Gary can obtain all ingredients, fresh meats and fish including the ‘not so easy to get’ through his extensive network of suppliers. Plus, a large amount of fresh produce is grown on his own land to the highest of standards.
Along with working in private villas Gary has worked as the chef on many Super Yachts around the Ionian Sea and beyond.
Prior to moving to Corfu Gary worked at Glenstriven Estate, Argyll, Scotland. There he prepared menus and food for the owner and family along with paying guests, all using local produce and game from the estate.
